• Establishing a social dialogue among all national stakeholders to alleviate social impact of enterprise restructuring;

• Elaboration of a Joint Action Programme to mitigate the negative impact of enterprise restructuring;

• Knowledge and experience acquired by the stakeholders on socially responsible enterprise structuring;

• Increased awareness of personnel in the pilot enterprise and the enterprise's contractors about social protection, employment and self-employment opportunities;

• A nationwide conference arranged to inform government and other interested organizations about the achievements of the project and to discuss and decide on ways for replication.
