Project Objective & Brief Description:
The ultimate objective of the project is to promote a coherent and efficient administrative procedures reform (APR) fully in line with the constitutional rights of the Belarusian citizens and in order to promote the principles of transparency and accountability in the government structures. The project will be implemented using the best international practices in elaboration of the draft law for APR based on the relevant human rights principles, capacity building of public institutions to enable them to carry out an APR, awareness-raising among the public on their legal rights.
