Project Objective & Brief Description: |
The project was designed to boost enterprise activity and to create an
enabling environment for private enterprise through:
(i) stronger partnership between government and business community to
eliminate administrative barries to SME development,
(ii) introducing new mechanisms for the financial support of private
enterprises,
(iii) promoting employment and reducing by establishing two pilot business
incubators in the restructured state enterprises,
(iv) supporting sustanable development and
boosting incomes in rural areas through creating a pilot rural enterprise
promotion center. |
